Very helpful and knowledgeable, was able to diagnose and fix things immediately, didn't treat me like I was a "dumb female" customer and explained exactly what was going on and gave me a time that I could expect my car back (and then actually did get it back to me early!) Very pleased and will recommend them to anyone!

Had to go here cuz my truck was towed by A&M towing. They don't have a sign, they just share the lot. People inside were rude and standoffish and just kept telling me to call the tow guy. Wont be going there again for any reason.

Don't go to them or let your insurance use them. They told me three different stories about my car when I tried getting more information they kept changing what was wrong. Finally got it back with two scratches that wasn't there before. The days they said it would be ready kept changing was well. To make it worse we got it back with an added 100 miles on it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Joe and Kelly. Take your car anywhere but to this place.

Mr Garcia. We are sorry that you feel you had a negative experience with us. But we feel that you should understand the facts. Firstly, when an estimator takes an estimate of a vehicle, it is based off of purely what he can see. A supplement to the estimate is taken after the damaged area is taken apart and further damage is assesed, this can range from something as small as broken clips to bent and broken brackets to alignment issues. This is reported in a supplement to the insurance agency and the customer is notified. Because of this "the story" was never changed, just added to. Continuing on we have no idea about any scratches on this vehicle, if there is extra damage that you feel is caused by the shop it is vital that it is brought back to the shop for assessment. We take a "prior damage" script that included scratches, dents etc of the vehicle and it was signed on by the customer. Upon final inspection there was no additional damage. The day of completion only changed because we were waiting on a part from a distributor, a fairly common experience in this business, and again the customer is always notified. Finally, the vehicle never left the property, we believe that you are looking at the milage when the vehicle was estimated on, but our records show that there was almost 200 miles added to the vehicle before it even arrived and was dropped off and this is also reported to and signed on. (Mileage at estimate: 87,122. Mileage upon drop off: 87,316). We believe that these facts will change the perspective of the incident. Thank you for bringing us your concerns.

Joe the Counter staff could have been More Friendly as well as informative concerning the wait time on repairs for Our vehicle and service to be performed. Although the Shop was able to get the vehicle in for the Service sooner than the expected appointment date. Concerning the quality of the repair, completed as per estimate.

I took my Hyundai Accent there after my daughter had been cut off driving on Coors Bypass near WalMart. It needed new fender and headlight. The bumper rebar needed to be replaced They offered to get me a rental car and got it finished within the week. Looked great when done and it's been a couple of months since. Still looks great.
